Location
You can find our shop on Stock Road, just along fom the Formula One Car Garage, and next door to our workwear business Brand Identity - please see the map below. We embroider all the schoolwear in house which allows us complete control of the process. We also have a large warehouse for additonal stock so you can be assured we have plenty of uniform on the shelves and ready to take home.
Opening Times
We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with extended hours during July-September: Please check our social pages for exact timings but generally during Summer Months we are open Saturdays from 9.30-2pm.
Placing an Order
Select your child's school by clicking their icon on the main home page. Once you have found and selected your school, the uniform options will be shown. Each school is categorised into smaller sub categories to help you find exactly what items you are looking for.

Personalising an Order
For safety reasons we generally don't recommend printing or embroidering your childs names or initial into the garments. However, if this something you would like we can do as an add on for an additional £3.00 per garment. Give us a call once you've placed your order and we can add this on for you.
Despatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm are typically processed and despatched the same day. Orders are sent either via DPD on a next day service or we have our own delivery team that will deliver before 5.30pm on some days.
We allow the ordering of most out of stock items. When a back order is received it prompts our systems to accelerate the replenishment and prioritise your order, we will let you know if there is a delay on your order.
We will always try to ship all items together, however if there is likely to be a long delay with the full order we will part ship the order and will contact you to notify you if this is the case.
At busy times orders can take up to 48 hours to despatch. Please try to order as early as possible during the Summer months. Once an order has been processed we are unable to amend the order or delivery options.

Sizing
Items of school uniform are typically sold by age. If you are unsure of the equivalent chest or waist measurements please view the product description and size guides per product.
Notifications
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect, please do keep an eye on your junk email as they do sometimes end up in here. DPD will keep you up to date with text and email notifications.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you wish to exchange the garment for a different colour, size or style, you can pop to see us in store and do a like for like exchange. You will need a copy of your original receipt. If you ordered online you can send back to us and then place a new order the items you require.
Your original order will be credited when we receive the returned order.
If you are not satisfied with your items or they are not required, you can return them to us within 31 days of purchase. All Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with any tags still attached. All returns must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. Any items deemed faulty is at the discretion of Brand ID Schoolwear.
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked service.
If you have been sent a wrong or faulty item please let us know and we will advise how to proceed.
Please allow 3-5 working days for any returns to be processed.
Personalised items are non returnable or rufundable unless faulty.
